2. Booking Process
By selecting a car and completing the booking form on our website, you authorize FindYCar and/or its partners to process the reservation on your behalf. Depending on the supplier’s policy, a partial or full prepayment may be required to confirm your booking. Once payment is completed, a confirmation voucher will be sent to your email. You must present this voucher when collecting the vehicle.
3. Payment
Payments can be made online via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro or using Apple Pay and Google Pay. In some cases, FindYCar offers options with No Deposit or No Credit Card requirements — availability depends on the supplier’s terms and conditions. The final rental cost is displayed prior to booking confirmation and includes all mandatory fees and charges unless stated otherwise.
4. Deposit and Credit Card Policy
Deposit requirements vary by rental company and vehicle category. If your chosen offer includes “No Deposit” or “No Credit Card” options, this will be clearly indicated during the booking process. Please note that FindYCar is not responsible for any changes made by the supplier regarding deposit or payment terms.
5. Driver’s Age and License Requirements
The minimum driver’s age is generally 21 years (25 years for premium vehicles). A valid driving license held for at least 1–3 years is required. You must present a valid driver’s license, passport, and bank card (if required by the supplier) when collecting the vehicle.
6. Booking Modifications and Cancellations

7. Platform Responsibility
FindYCar acts as a facilitator and cannot be held responsible for any acts, omissions, service quality, or vehicle conditions provided by third-party rental companies. FindYCar’s responsibility is limited to ensuring proper processing of bookings made through its platform.
8. Insurance Coverage
Each booking includes basic insurance as required by local laws (such as third-party liability). Additional coverage — including Full Coverage, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection (TP), or Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) — may be purchased during booking or upon collection of the vehicle.
